The final and most important element of the Civil Services Exam is the ‘personality exam,’ sometimes known as ‘interview.’This is the most crucial period because Marks in this subject may place you among the top ten or evict you from the race, regardless of how well you have performed thus far.The grades you earn in this phase will determine your exam position and, as a result, the service you choose. The UPSC IAS interview is the least well-prepared of the three, but if handled well, it can be a very rewarding experience. It’s the final stumbling block, and it’s a big one.
